Tal, a young woman who has recently moved to Jerusalem, has a hard time understanding the ceaseless conflict between Israel and Palestine. When she starts looking for answers directly from Palestiniens, she receives an answer from Naïm, a young man living in Gaza. An unlikely friendship develops as they share their frustrations and the impact of the conflict on their daily lives. The movie is based on the book by Valerie Zenatti, A Bottle in the Gaza Sea, published in French in 2005.
