List of 1 items.

Monday, May 13 at 6:30pm:

It's been 57 years since Yuri Gagarin became the first person to journey into space, and a new phase of space exploration has begun. If the predictions of Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Richard Branson hold true, in the not-so-distant future, humans will be able to live far beyondour terrestrial frontiers. Which raises major questions:
➤ Will space exploration save us from the imminent dangers that threaten our civilisation? 🚀
➤ Or, should our efforts and resources be focused on addressing urgent challenges here at home, on planet earth? 🌏

Guests

Judge: Jeffrey Kluger, senior writer at Time Magazine and author of Apollo 13

A tribunal for future generations? What's that?

It's a mock trial aimed at answering a major question about our future. A judge, a prosecutor, an attorney for the defense and renowned experts debate while a jury of audience members delivers a final verdict to benefit of future generations.
