Created in New York in 2022 and produced in Paris that same year, the original comedy by Guillaume Roper-Sirvent returns to the stage in a new version, four years after its initial success.

Le Monde d’@près starts with a question as simple as it is dizzying: If you were given the choice between continuing your current life or reinventing everything, what would you do? With humor, irreverence, and a healthy dose of self-deprecation, this play examines our life choices, our contradictions, and what we do with the time we are given.

“It is a immense pleasure to restage this play, to update it four years later, and this time, to also be able to take the stage with the actors of L’Atelier,” shares Guillaume Roper-Sirvent, who will join the other original cast members of this adventure for this single special performance.

An opportunity to discover—or rediscover—this biting, ensemble comedy that is resolutely modern about our eternal desire to believe that another life is possible.
