Literary Prizes

The Department of French associated with the CDI and with the active support of the APL set up the Literary Prizes of the Lycée Français de New York (Prix Lycée and Prix Jeunesse).
A jury of readers made up of high school students (from Y8 to Y12), parents, teachers and other members of the school community, reads a selection of contemporary French/Francophone novelist literature and awards one of the selected authors the Literary Prize of the Lycée. This year, the Prize is named after Isabelle MILKOFF, former teacher of the Lycée and creator of the Literary Prize.

The winning book is put on the high school-level summer reading program.
